- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup creamed corn
- 1 chipotle in adobo, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, plus extra leaves for topping

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, creamed corn, finely chopped chipotle, and 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro. Mix gently until just combined; avoid overworking the meat. Divide into four even portions and shape into patties.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties about 5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Toast the buns on the grill, if desired.
- To assemble each burger, spread mayonnaise on the top bun. Place a tomato slice on the bottom bun, add the burger patty, then garnish with whole cilantro leaves. Finish with the mayo-spread top bun and serve immediately.
