Pineapple Jalapeno Cream Cheese Spread – a quick, four-ingredient recipe that balances sweet pineapple with a touch of jalapeño heat. It’s perfect for sandwiches, wraps, crackers, or bagels.

This spread is one of my favorite quick fixes to brighten sandwiches and snacks. I make a batch on the weekend and keep it in the refrigerator to use all week. It adds a lively sweet-and-spicy note to fish, shrimp or chicken sandwiches, and is equally delicious on a toasted bagel or crackers.

Making the spread is incredibly simple. Start with softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl, then add deseeded, diced jalapeño and diced fresh pineapple. Season with kosher salt and stir until everything is well combined. I usually mix by hand with a spoon, but a handheld or stand mixer works just as well.
The spread is ready to use immediately—there’s no need to wait for the flavors to develop overnight. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. If chilled, bring the spread to room temperature for a few minutes before serving to make spreading easier.

Below is the full recipe so you can make this at home. Enjoy!
