S’mores Chocolate Bark — chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers: a combination that’s hard to resist.

Making candy can be simple, and chocolate bark is one of the easiest treats to prepare. With just a few pantry staples you can create something everyone will love.
I always keep a supply of chocolate almond bark or candy melts on hand for quick snacks, school treats, or last-minute gifts. They store well and melt easily, so you can assemble a tray of bark in minutes.

You really can’t go wrong. Start with melted almond bark, then add whatever mix-ins you have on hand.
This s’mores-inspired bark came about while cleaning out my baking cabinet: nearly finished sleeve of graham crackers, leftover mini marshmallows from a hot chocolate night, and a package of almond bark. It all came together in no time.

My kids devoured this in about 15 minutes — there was nothing left to share. It’s that addictive.

S’mores Chocolate Bark Candy
Ingredients
- 1 package chocolate almond bark or candy melts (about 1 pound)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows, divided
- 1 sleeve graham crackers, divided
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Reserve two graham cracker sheets and arrange the remaining crackers flat on the tray, side by side, staying about 2 inches from the paper edges. Crush the reserved crackers and set aside. Sprinkle about 3/4 cup of the mini marshmallows evenly over the graham crackers.
- Melt the chocolate almond bark or candy melts according to package directions. Carefully pour the melted chocolate evenly over the marshmallows and crackers.
- Immediately sprinkle the remaining mini marshmallows and the crushed graham cracker crumbs over the top of the chocolate layer.
- Allow the chocolate to fully harden, then break or cut into pieces. Store the bark in an airtight container to keep it fresh.
