Breakfast doesn’t get any better than this easy, chocolate raspberry smoothie bowl!

Healthier Breakfast
The holidays are winding down, and many of us are ready to return to healthier routines. After a season of indulgence, I like to refocus on nourishing breakfasts that are quick, satisfying, and easy to prepare.
Smoothies have long been a staple in our home for their convenience, but discovering smoothie bowls has been a delightful upgrade. They offer the familiar, fruity flavors of a smoothie with a heartier, spoonable texture that makes breakfast feel more like a complete meal.

Smoothie Bowls
Smoothie bowls are simple to make and highly versatile. They deliver all the nutrition and flavor of a blended smoothie but feel thicker and more substantial, especially when topped with fresh fruit, seeds, or granola.
Some mornings I rush out the door, and others I take a few quiet minutes to savor the start of the day. This chocolate, raspberry, and banana combination is a delicious way to begin either kind of morning — rich yet refreshing and naturally sweet.
This bowl gets its deep chocolate-raspberry flavor from perfectlyfree raspberry chocolate bites. The creamy chocolate center paired with a bright raspberry coating creates a lovely contrast in every spoonful.

perfectlyfree
perfectlyfree bites are a convenient, portioned treat to add to breakfasts or snacks. At 30 calories or less per bite, they come in several flavors and pair easily with fruit and plant-based milks for an indulgent but mindful option.
What I appreciate about perfectlyfree bites:
non-GMO
top 8 allergen free
certified gluten-free
And they taste great, making them a simple way to add flavor and texture to this smoothie bowl.

Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie bowl comes together in minutes. Add the ingredients to a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and thick, then transfer to a bowl and top with your favorite fruit, nuts, or seeds.
Pro tip: freeze your bananas ahead of time. Frozen bananas create a creamy, thick texture without diluting the flavor like ice cubes can.
Have you tried perfectlyfree frozen bites? Which flavor is your favorite? If not, what smoothie flavors do you usually enjoy?
