On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing on newer spots, but there are a few places I’ve visited before that still deserve a mention. Beaumont is one of those staples. I picked up a breakfast burrito there recently and it reminded me why they belong on this list.

What keeps me coming back to Beaumont is convenience and freshness. If you spend time recreating along the Wasatch Front, Beaumont is one of the best places to fuel up before an adventure. I often grab a breakfast burrito on my way up the canyon before a long ski day. The drive-through makes it fast and convenient without sacrificing quality. Unlike many greasy drive-through options that can leave me feeling sluggish, Beaumont’s food sits lighter and keeps me going.

The Beaumont breakfast burrito is filled with fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn and bell peppers. What truly elevates it, though, is the sauce—the creamy tomatillo esc dressing. A great sauce can make a breakfast burrito memorable, and this one adds the right amount of tang and richness.

Tucked between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers more than a solid breakfast burrito. Their coffee and pastries are excellent, and the burrata salad is a standout. It’s a reliable neighborhood spot with a bright patio and an inviting interior.
One caveat: good food brings crowds. On weekends you’ll often find lines and people gathered outside. If you only want coffee and pastries, you can usually grab them quickly or use the drive-through. If you plan to sit and linger, expect a wait on busy weekend mornings.
Overall, Beaumont is a dependable option for a fresh, satisfying breakfast before a day outside or a casual stop on your way through the city.
